Luxury Refurbishment & Remodel of a Chiswick Property
The owners of this beautiful terraced Chiswick property with river views approached us to help them refurbish their home and help to remodel it.
In merely 5 months we were able to conduct a full internal refurbishment and add a new orangery, renew the external elevation, roof covering and also refurbish their existing garden.
The project involved removal of the existing walls and remodelling of internal spaces, by creating entirely new openings that would accomodate a modern and spacious kitchen, orangery and dining room.

MMKM Architecture and Interiors Ltd designed the new home, taking into consideration filling up interiors with more natural light. Now large timber-framed doors and skylights make it fill more spacious and inviting.
We enjoyed bringing their design to life! The addition of bespoke joinery and mix of textures and materials added a beautiful and contemporary touch to the home which now feels like everything is finally in its place.
