Extension & refurbishment of a Victorian terraced property
PJS Builds worked with the Studio Pike architectural designers to execute this stunning transformation of a Victorian terraced house in South West London. The ground floor was extended to the rear in order to accommodate a new, open plan kitchen, living and dining areas.
Thanks to the clever use of glazing with clerestory windows, and large glazed, industrial style doors, the indoors can now take a full advantage of natural light.

The entire ground floor was reconfigured and adjusted in order to accommodate the utility room.
The works also included a partial reconfiguration and refurbishment of the first floor in order to form a new bathroom to the rear of the property and to relocate the study to the front of the property, where the bathroom was previously featured.
