Refurbishment of an Apartment in 1930’s Art-Deco Mansion
We have refurbished other apartments in South Kensington during covid for a different client, where we dealt with building managers. They have been very impressed with our team and recommended us to this client.
This project consisted of a full refurbishment of this large 3 bedroom flat, set in a stunning 1930’s Art-deco mansion, perhaps Kensington’s most highly prized mansion building!

We stripped out all bathrooms, kitchen, floor, wall coverings, and joinery entirely, and started from scratch.
The flat had been fully remodelled in order to provide each of the rooms with an en-suite bathroom. The kitchen, previously cramped into a small narrow space, had been opened up to form a large, and yet cosy, open plan space.
