“I have used PJS Ltd for a complete refurb of a 3 bedroom maisonette and for the a complete renovation of a 3 bedroom house. With the house we added an extra floor with an extra 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, as well as a large side return taking the sq footage from 1700 up to 2400 sq foot. For both builds they finished within the time period they allowed for  (3 month and 9 months)And on both builds the work was done to the highest standard, despite us making many changes throughout the process. On the maisonette, I was able to sell it for a large profit 3 years after we bought, despite the property market struggling over the same period. Much of this is due to the quality and finish of the property. On the house I’ve now been happily settled there for a year, and so far we’ve experienced no issues outside of the normal early teething problems. Jolanta and Przemek have been on hand to sort any issues within the same day and often free of charge. PJS are not the cheapest builders in London, but for a little extra money, you’re getting clear advice from a team who’ve done many high-end properties before. The extra money can also clearly be seen through the high-quality finish and the fact that you can rest assured you won’t get endless added costs and length of time as the build progresses.
